Randy Gruber is the founder and CEO of Gruber & Company, LLC, a full service Public Accounting Firm that provides quality, professional  accounting, auditing and tax services to its’ clients.  Randy provides audit and tax compliance services to the small and mid-market publicly held companies.  His clients represent a variety of industries, including publishing, manufacturing, technology, communications, agriculture, food and beverage distributing, real estate, packaging, mining, energy production and conservation and homeland security.

 Prior to founding his firm in 1994, Randy was audit manager at a regional CPA firm,  and audit partner in two firms.    Randy was in charge of the audits of banks, savings and loans, grain elevators, public and private school districts, municipalities, and manufacturing.   

Randy is a firm believer in service to his profession.  He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants (MSCPA), and the Saint Louis Chapter of Certified Public Accoutants.  He has authored accounting and auditing articles for the ASSET, the monthly publication of the MSCPA, and has served on several committees at both the local and state levels of the MSCPA.

Randy is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), a Forensic Certified Public Accountant (FCPA) and a CBM (Certified Business Manager).
